Als Junior .NET Developer bouw je mee aan onze .NET based microservices-backend. Je breidt bestaande services uit, onderhoudt ze en ontwikkelt nieuwe API's en integraties met externe partijen. Tijdens je werk leer je werken met onder andere IdentityServer, OAuth, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), .NET based API’s, microservicesarchitectuur, CI/CD, patching, Azure, Azure Devops, andere Azure services en Scrum. Je hoeft geen allesweter te zijn. We zoeken vooral iemand die leergierig is, zelfstandig werkt, sociaal is en vragen durft te stellen. Je gaat zelfstandig aan de slag, maar staat er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt samen met een team van developers dat je graag ondersteunt en helpt om je verder te ontwikkelen als developer.

Wie jij bent

Je werkt samen met vijf developers en een tech lead. Daarnaast word je ondersteund door een product owner en een architect. Samen ontwikkelen jullie backendservices die de digitale oplossingen van Arts en Zorg Groep ondersteunen.  Je werkt vanuit ons moderne, ruime en rustige kantoor in Amsterdam Buitenveldert. Daar kun je je goed concentreren op je werk en is er volop ruimte voor bijvoorbeeld een gezamenlijke lunch. Veel developers werken hybride, maar we spreken regelmatig een aantal kantoordagen af voor afstemming én gezelligheid. 

Wat wij je bieden

Een uitdagende functie in een snel groeiende organisatie, waarin je indirect bijdraagt aan betere zorg in Nederland. Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 2993,- en € 4061,- op basis van een 38-urige werkweek, conform schaal 5 van de cao huisartsenzorg. Je salaris is afhankelijk van je werkervaring. In mei 2027 stijgen de lonen met 3%. Een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33% en 8% vakantiegeld. Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals een reiskostenvergoeding, 25 verlofdagen bij een fulltime dienstverband en een automatische pensioenopbouw met een tegemoetkoming van 50% door Arts en Zorg. In eerste instantie een tijdelijke aanstelling voor 32 tot 38 uur per week, met de intentie om een langdurige samenwerking met elkaar aan te gaan. Daarbij is er aandacht voor een goede werk-privé balans en de mogelijkheid om hybride te werken. Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf op verschillende vlakken binnen de organisatie te ontwikkelen. About the role  As a Junior .NET Developer, you’ll help build and maintain our .NET-based microservices backend. You’ll extend and maintain existing services while also developing new APIs and integrations with external partners. During your work, you’ll gain hands-on experience with technologies and practices such as IdentityServer, OAuth, Docker, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), .NET APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD, patching, Azure, Azure DevOps, other Azure services, and Scrum. You don’t need to know everything already. We’re primarily looking for someone who is eager to learn, works independently, enjoys collaborating with others, and isn’t afraid to ask questions. You’ll be expected to take ownership of your work, but you’ll never be on your own. You’ll work alongside an experienced team of developers who are happy to support you and help you grow as a software developer. Where you’ll work  You’ll join a team of five developers and a Tech Lead, supported by a Product Owner and a Solution Architect. Together, you’ll develop backend services that power the digital solutions of Arts en Zorg Group. About you You have completed an IT education or course and possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s level of thinking (Hbo / WO). You are ambitious about developing into an experienced .NET developer. You have an affinity for software development. You have prior experience with C#/.NET. You are sociable, work independently, and have a hands-on mentality. You are also curious, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions. A gross monthly salary between € 3053 and € 3496, based on a 38-hour workweek. Your salary will depend on your experience. In May 2027, salaries will increase by 3%. An 8.33% year-end bonus and 8% holiday allowance. Excellent employment benefits, including travel reimbursement, 25 vacation days (based on full-time employment), and participation in our pension scheme, with Arts en Zorg contributing 50% of the premium.
